Have no idea what this is. I read a ton of articles daily, have followed oil for almost 20 years and have missed this one.

Question.

Why would you pay a membership fee to buy gas?

Costco might be an exception. Their gas prices tend to be lower than most retail gas stations if you have a membership fee.

As for investing in oil. Be careful. The FED is talking about raising rates to get the US Dollar up, and that could drop oil and commodity prices.
