Question:

New hair growth... what products to use?? Is there a stylist here?

I have some new hair growth in the front (supposedly due to hormones after having a baby) and it's driving me crazy. I've tried using gels and sprays but I can't disguise it for anything. I'm horrible at describing things so I'll post a picture. It's right on the hairline where it meets my forehead. What can I use to make it lay down or hide it until it grows out???

It's all over so even if I part my hair on the other side, you still see it. I really don't want to cut my side bangs shorter to hide it. Any ideas??

(This picture really doesn't do it justice. If I were to lift my bangs up, you would see a ton of new hair growth.)

  1. I'm a hairdresser.  Why in the world would you let a few strands of hair bother you so much.  Its absolutely normal and if you look at most men and women they have it also.  As those strands of hair get longer they will " lay down " by themselves dur to the weight of the hair strands.  Don't go overboard too much by playing with them to get them to lay down or else you will lose that hair there and be sorry.  I'm telling ou the truth.......Your being too fussy.  Just concetrate on your new baby and enjoy being a mother.  There are a h**l of alot of worse things you can be fussing about rather than focusing on a few hair strands.

  2. haaa i find this amusing see a black person with new growth cant even comb through it  and your straight hair drives you crazy haaa
