New hair style for high school! I SERIOUSLY NEED HELP GUYS!!!?

okay, here the thing. I am 15 and next week I am going to the 10th grade. You see people at my school are athletic in some way, wear the best clothes, and take extra care of their hair! I am trying out for volleyball right now, my clothes this year are way better, and my hair is annoying!!! I mean, it grew about 1/2 and inch like its suppose to, but its still extremly short and I just cant seem to find a good style for me! I need a lot of help because I ma y get my hair done this weekend, and I need to know! here is a picture of my hair......but its literally a tad bit longer though....oh, and the bob is what I've had for 2 years, so I'm trying something new.....school starts monday!!!
