New hairstyle anyone???????

my hair is past my b***s and i don't want much off of the ends but i want it really layered and with bangs and such but every time i go to get my hair cut at a place none of the hairstylists get it right! so i need like pictures to show but i never can find any.. does anyone have any hairstyle pics that would help me? and does anyone have a good place i could go to?
