New highschool/new friends?

Question

I'm going to be a freshmen in about 4 days.

All my bestfriends either moved or they are going to different highschool as me.

I know few people that are going to the same school, but i dont want to look like a loner to them. how should i react to new people and start being friends that would eat with me during lunch and talk afterschool?

I thought i knew exactly what i should do but as time gets closer to highschool, i got lost.

Trust me as a senior in high school, you'll make friends like a piece of cake. I don't know how I made half of mine...randomly, through other people, working on projects. It's really not that hard really, it just kind of happens.

Some people that were perfect strangers in middle school are my best friends now.

You'll even meet people you didn't think you'd like.

Your almost getting worked up over something that's not as big as it seems.

It's part of the clubs and stuff you join too because you will meet people who really like an interest that you have too...

All through your high school years you will be meeting people, and you will grow away form others too.

It's just something that comes naturally.

I'll be a freshmen, soon to, and my close are moving too, but im finding easier, too keepp a small group of friends, beacuase when i became really popular last year, i had SO MUCH DRAMA,

all the kdis in ur classes are in the same place... dont worry be happy

Just be yourself and I'm 100% sure that other students from other schools are new and their as nervous as you are..

just talk to people and be social.

High school is a lot better then in the movies and such. It'll be so much different then what you think it will be, you have nothing to worry about. Trust me! Goodluck!
