  1. Hot water and salt the b******s.

  2. Get AMDRO! That stuff is the best.  you can find it at Home Depot. There are a couple different types depending on the ants, but the ANT BLOCK should work just fine. Just spread it around your house and the ants will die off quickly and you probably wont have to worry about them again til next spring.

  3. i had this problem too, you can by this tasty and poisen stuff and put in a room. all the ants will come and start eating it and will die in an hour

  4. Nuke em!! Lol

  5. a bug guy told me to buy the liquid traps. it is sugar water with poison, so don't put it near your animals. the worker ants take it back to the queen and kill her with it too.

  6. Use Grant's ant stake bait  they feed on it and take it back to the nest and kill them also. It  helps our problem they are very hard to get rid of so use plenty and change them often.

  7. get a spray that kills all of the bugs in your house or get the debugger

  8. Use a spray on the ceiling - Raid Ant & Roach killer, but don't spray with the children in the house and wait at least an hour before going back in.  In the cupboards lay fresh BAY leaves around and on shelving where you can. This does not harm pets or children, replace every 2 weeks. Have an exterminator come spray under the home.  Cinnamon and salt - is attacking them and so is the wood of the home (carpenter ants).

  9. 1 part lemon juice to about 2 parts water. It works well for the small ants not so well for the larger ones. Just mix it up in a spray bottle and spray away!

  10. call an exterminator. I have a cockroach problem, way worse!!!!!

  11. Put spray around the outside of the house, put TONS of ant traps on the inside.

    hope I can help!

    Splash,

p.s. DON'T LEAVE FOOD LYING AROUND (not that I am saying you are)

  12. I live in FL...even though insects are always bad here this is the 1st year I have had a problem with the ants you're referring to. Cleaning the entire home/inside cupboards, walls, etc. with Lysol or whatever your choice of cleaner is a good start to remove anything that attracts them.

I would put anything sweet in the frig even if you are used to putting in pantry. After that, the Raid spray meant for ants works best in all cracks or holes such as dryer vent hole, holes made behind stove, and I have to continuously clean my sinks with detergent while spraying Raid where counter and wall meet behind sink. If there is any food smell in sink, they will appear out of nowhere in no time. good luck.
