New ipod touch imports itunes videos but when i try to play them it says movie cannot be played. why?

How do i fix this? My new ipod touch shows that there are videos bought on itunes on it but when i try to play them it says movie cannot be played.

I had the same problem i also posted a question. you need to shut down your ipod by pushing the menu button and the power button at the same time. this will turn off your ipod automatically when you turn it back on after 30 seconds it should play the movies well thats what i did and i worked so good luck!
