New laptop: how do i take out a cd when there is no eject button?

there is a space to insert the cd and i did. now i dont know how to take it out.

You simply press the same button as you did when you inserted the CD:

push the cd tray lid back in and it should pop back out.

Hi!

Find where the CD is listed under My Computer and then highlight it, but don't actually open it up. On the left hand side of the window there should now be a button for "Eject this drive" Click on that.

You can right click on cd rom drive and then click into eject.
