New law for cell phones?

OK so now we have to be hands free to talk while driving in the U.S.

Here is a question for you; there is talk about cell phones giving you brain cancer, will a blue tooth device do the same thing?

This is just silly. Driving with one hand is not the problem. Not paying attention to driving is the problem. Hands free will do nothing to solve the real problem.

They all transmit radio waves blue tooth also, we are all frying. Ok where are you. Here in Georgia there is no law making you use hands free. Their is no Federal law that I know of. So it must be just your state.  Can't find any stories about it on the web.
