New law on underage drinking?

parents can get in trouble even if there not home?

wouldn't these laws make it worst, if kids don't drink at home they will drink in the streets?

i have a couple of friends who drinks in the streets with a black hoody, and when they see the cops they just jump a fence, and the cops lose sight of them.

no drinking until age 21 means NO DRINKING UNTIL AGE 21! ......it doesnt mean its okay if your parents are around....if parents are around then its contributing to the delinqency of a minor....if they are not around then they should make sure that you dont have access to alcohol even if it means not bringing it into the house....your couple of friends (and you might as well admit it ~ you too) are the ones that help to make the system as confining as it is today....im not saying that youre a bad kid....im just saying that what you are doing is still breaking the laws....and there is nothing open at 3 am and nothing else you guys need to be doing other than sleeping at that hour
