New look for school?!?!? =]?

#1 How should I get my hair cut? It is strait, and I have layers the shortest is at my chin, and side bangs, I don't want it too much shorter

#2 I have tan skin, brown eyes, and hair, what neutral colored make-up should I wear? and what shape face do I have? What feature on my face should I make stand out?

#3 I am 5 foot 1 inch, 97 pounds, so I am short, what style cloths would look good on me, and colors?

You sort of look like Amber Tamblyn and Rachel Bilson. I would just look at their styles as they would look good on you too. But add your own personality to whatever general "look" you go for - you want to be your own person too. I'd keep your make up natural for the most part, but every now and then you could shake things up with maybe a pearly green eyeliner to make your eyes pop. Not all the time though and not too much or you'll look cheap.
