I just looked up buses leaving newark airport going to a random north plainfield address.. It'll probably take a transfer or two and maybe a half a mile of walking but you'll be able to work it out

Go to the website an hit trip planner than click on itinerary planner or something like that and than choose a place in newark to start and then enter the address of your job in the destination slot.

In addition, Newark in general has a lot of buses going through it so you will get a lot of choice in this aspect of traveling to north plainfield. Changing where u get the bus will effect how fast you get there but you'll be able to do it.
