New positions for softball?

Question

i am a left-handed right-fielder but i have been trying to learn how to pitch and catch. any suggestions on how to be good? o and im 13 almost 14

I think you need someone needs to do a one on one with you to help you learn how to pitch and catch.  I've played baseball before and my best advice is to keep your head out of the way of the bat if you are going to try catching.
