did u ever get "robbed" by new release movies?(the kind u rent for $1) ok, im very mad right now, cuz i borrowed 3 movies this past sunday, and i called them monday specifically asking if it was extra charge to keep them longer bcuz i got 3 movies, and they said i can return them however i want as long as i return them within 14 day. i went to return them today, and got charged a ripoff $16. i called them and they said its $1 per night but my point here is that their stupid sales represenative said the wrong thing, so i shouldnt get charged! this is ridiculous

  1. It's common sense that you would get charge if you keep the movies longer than the intended timeframe. While the sales rep may have misinformed you (probably because he didn't know any better and gave the wrong advice), it is ultimately still your responsibility. A good company will rectify the mistake and cancel the late fees but in the case that it doesn't, you really have no one else to blame but yourself in this case scenario.
