  1. fire them forward towards the back of the seats, or facing up towards the roof.....but like that last guy said, whatever works best for you.....

  2. it should be facing the back of your car. The face of the subwoofers should be pointing at your back window

  3. It can go either way.  There is only a slight amount of loading even possible within a trucks cabin, and usually, and dB increase caused by loading is negated by the drastic volume increase caused by the small cabin.

Theoretically, there are two conditions that can occur.

    1)   If you face the sub towards the back wall, the bass will most likely appear to be "boomy", as your ears are hearing sound waves that are "bouncing" off different sections of the wall before reaching your ears, causing a slight delay in some of the waves, thus causing what is interpreted as a delayed response.  (Due to the cabin size though, this effect is extremely negligible, and unless the back wall is reinforced with damping material, the wall will flex and "rattle" slightly)

    2)   The other possibility, is if you face the sub towards the seat. Theoretically this should give you the cleanest sound, because the chairs cushions act as passive cross-overs, allowing only the lower frequenciess, while the higher frequency mechanical noise are blocked.  This helps the bass sound more omni-directional, and can usually improve the vehicles staging. (Again, inside a truck this usually wont make a huge difference as your arn't forcing the waves to propogate throught the seat, and the sub is so close to you, that staging most likely isn't a huge issue.)

I would say your best bet is to place the sub however is most convienient for you.  Place it so the sub isn't touching anything, and you are not likely to throw or lean anything on it.
