New text message on Blackberry?

Okay, so I got my blackberry curve and whenever I get a new SMS text message...It just blinks red, is there anyway to like make a little box pop up like on the non-smart phones? Like "view message, view later, ignore" Tell me! THank you

Just view it later....view it now or ignore it....its not that hard. Just open your message center and then dont open the actual messsage. That way it will stop blinking red but you know you still have a message to read.

Nah, the indicator is about it.  IF you want to set it apart from the rest, you can adjust the tone to sound different, unique, from the other messages/emails etc.
