New to Bluetooth. Need to know everything.?

I have a Palm Tungsten E2 Handheld and a Nokia 6300 cellPhone. Both are Bluetooth compatible. I want to be able to visit websites and check my email on my Handheld, on the move. I haven't got a clue where to start. I would be very grateful for any advice.
