New to Chennai.Living in Guindy.Could any one tell me where is the library located?

I'd like to know both private and public library locations.Thanks in advance.

There is one Library (Easwari Lending Library) in Latice bridge road, very near to the Ganapathiram theatre under the fly over in Adyar Corner. In the same complex there is another one called Schollars.

You can try Anna University Library i guess they will allow public.

You have British Council Libray in Nungambakkam.

You can try the Connemera Public library in Egmore...

the distance would be nearly 10 to 15 kms from guindy to Egmore but if you have your own transportation or can use public transportation distance should not be a problem...

The books are old but their collection is very good..
