New to Miami..can anyone tell me what are some nice places to see/visit?

is there any place where they play indian movies, any indian cinemas in Miami? what parks are good and which restaurants i must check out? i am in Miami lakes area

If you would like some things to do, there is a lot in the Miami area. Metro Zoo is nice and not very expensive. They are planning an expansion which should open soon that will make it even bigger. We also have Jungle Island, Miami Seaquarium and Monkey Jungle-these are a bit more expensive. There are lots of cultural places, too such as the Miami Art Museum and the South Florida Historical Museum (they are right next to each other so you can do both in one day!). If you don't mind a bit of a drive, then you MUST see the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Boca- www.morikami.org. They have a beautiful garden to walk through as well as wonderful Japanese cultural displays- there is even a restaurant. Once again, it is not too expensive, but a wonderful place to spend the day. (not so great for young children, though!)

You should definitely go to Hialeah and after that head over to Little Havana.
