New to makeup and need some good drugstore makeup?

Question

i need a good mascara that will volumize and lengthen , power or mineral foundation, power or matte bronzer, and good eye shadow colors.

I like quo from shoppers drugmart, it's similar to mac but a little cheaper

mascara- maybeline collosal (its great)

eye shadow colors- browns, greys. greens will bring out your eyes.

ust try a maybeline mineral makeup. they actually work good.

and the same with bronzer.

covergirl lashblast mascara and some lavender, silver, or green eyeshadow will really intensify your eyes.  maybelline new york mineral power natural perfecting liquid foundation is great, and so is NYC new york color sun 2 sun bronzing powder.

There are a ton of great brands and products available.  Here are some of my suggestions.

Mascara: Maybelline Colossal.  It is fantastic at building volume and length.  Best of all it's super cheap.

Powder/Mineral Foundation: Rimmel.  I haven't seen it in too many drugstores just yet but it is hands down my favourite mineral foundation.  Not a ton of a coverage but it does give you a beautiful healthy glow.

Bronzer: I wish I knew the answer for you on this one. I have been searching long for a great matte drugstore bronzer and have yet to find one.  Most on the market have a shimmer to them.  It's not necessarily a bad thing but too much shimmer just leaves you looking shiny.  If shimmer doesn't bother you, Rimmel does make a great one.

Eyeshadow:  Brown eyes means you can play around with virtually any colour under the sun. Golds, greys, purples, blues, go crazy.  My favourite drugstore eyeshadows are from NYX.  You can buy their eyeshadow trios to get more bang for your buck and the shadows are amazing.
