  1. It's a tough business because you are selling something that people don't want, that's expensive, and that's obligatory.  On the other hand, you are helping people to cover their risk for the best possible coverage they can afford.  Just make sure not to take any negative comments personally; people would just prefer to spend their money in a different way.  The other thing to do is to always treat your customer with respect and to make sure to work for THEM - it will make them feel much more appreciated.

  2. i dont know, but i want insurance, whats the deal with it???

  3. I recommend buying Internet-generated leads from a reputable provider such as iLeads.com. You can check them out at http://www.ileads.com/  An Internet lead is pre-qualified because the consumer has proactively performed a search with a search engine, looking for a solution to an insurance need. The consumer has then taken the time to fill out a form, requesting a quote. A good lead provider “scrubs” the lead to make sure the data is valid before sending it to you. All of this is done in seconds after the consumer fills out the form and delivered to you in “real time.” If you call right away, the consumer might still be searching for a solution on the Web. The nice thing about iLeads.com is that they enhance their insurance leads with homeowner data from First American Financial, so you have a better handle on how serious and qualified the lead is. Good luck!
