New website tips and help?

I have just started to create a new website and I am hoping to make some money with this. does any one know of any services like spreadshirt that allows you to create a shop and have them do all the work. I would also appreciate it if it didn't appear to have to many ads because then they can just go to the site and buy it themselves for cheaper. Also I would like to know of any ad programs similar to adsense but maybe like those game ones where you have to shoot 20 ducks or stuff like that.
