New windows keep popping up with ads while im surfing the web, how can I get rid of them?

It is really fustrating, while im online, new windows keep popping up with ads, I have Norton antivirus but it does not detect any problems.

But New windows pop up and it slows down my computer.

Some of this annoying pop up ads are from AntiSpy software wanting me to buy their products.

How can I get rid of this, I don' know how I downloaded this into my computer and I don't know how to delete this.

Im about to throw my computer out the window.

There are two things you can do that are pretty easy:

1.  click start - click control panel- then click the " Security Center Icon"  click open internet options then click the "Privacy " tab and when it opens at the bottom left check the box that says " Turn on POPup blocker"  Then click Apply then click a OK.  

2.  When you encounter that Virus banner thing don't touch it just go to the bottom of your screen and in the blue area right click any where on it.  A menue will open with a list. Click " TASK MANAGER"  then when  task manager opens click the " Applications tab" and highlite  the first entry then at the bottom of that screen click "END TASK".   This will probably close the banner and the web page you're viewing.   Don't go back to that site or it will happen again.  The banner contains a malicious code and if you play with it and click the wrong thing you will get the virus it is attempting to give you.   If you do get it just run a complete virus scan.

Go to link below and download Spyware Doctor.  Install, update, and run full system scan. You have a malware problem and this should take care of it.
