New xbox 360 pro......why has it....

ok....just got a NEW xbox 360 pro...is it normal..for your your game play charicter on the home pages to be some randomm person..when i went on there was already one called "jay man"...i diddnt do that..

Also on the "game" page on "played games" it has a load of games i never played or even own...e.g gta 5, vagas, e.t.c

Is this just something microsoft do to new xboxes?

It shouldnt be second hand because i perchased it from a big chain of shops and paid the full new price???

maybe microsoft sent a refurbished one and forgot to format the memory

Its i refurbished machine take it straight back Demand a Brand New 1 and a refund for all your troubles.

its proably refurbeished and they didn't check the hard drive. check if the user has any live, u might get some free :) just delete it if you dont need it.

It's been used. There shouldn't be anything on there at all (apart from the welcome video, a few demos and XBLA games, nothing in Played Games, no existing profiles either (and therefore no name on the gamercard, (where it says Jay Man on your 360))). Return it. If it said profiles already exist when you set it up it was defintely used before you bought it.

It's been used by somebody else and therefore you possibly got conned into buying a used 360 at a NEW price

Or it's been re-conditioned and they didn't clean the Hard Drive

Return it and get a new one. This one has obviously been used.
