New yahoo Group still Beta?

Is new yahoo groups still beta? I wanna upgrade my group with blog, home web-page features. smth like http://new.groups.yahoo.com/allbrangroup !!! Can someone help in transition??

current groups can not transer to beta groups. beta groups are still in the testing period and don't yet even have all th functions operational. any group created generally is as the current groups are, however anyone can create a beta group, but you'd have to invite all members from a current group to it
