anyone in new york i live in wisconsin but can someone tell me what they are doing with the world trade center

or are they going to rebuild the world trade center

They are re-building, but not to the same extent that the World Trade Center originally was.  They will be building a Freedom Tower with offices and also create a memorial park of some sorts.  As of now, they have kept the underground structures intact, so the shopping mall is there.  You can probably find all the information on-line somewhere.

lol there was just a show about it on history channel like 30 minutes ago but all it was talking about is that there rebuilding the world trade center 7 i dont know about the 2 that got hit by the plane

Our Govenments on it, like they are with New Orleans!

Its a shame were more concerned about Iraqi schools and homes over our own issues here at home!

They should of had this thing built 3 years ago!  Goes to show you how much our government cares about us and our losses!

Yes, they are going to put a new building up but the plans for a new complex don't have the final stamp of approval yet.

It should be pretty nice since the owner of the WTC complex got paid 4.9 billion in insurance money. He got paid twice since he put an insurance ryder on his policy if it were to get hit by a plane, and YES he got paid for each plane.

He put the ryder on his policy 2 1/2 months prior.....kinda quier huh.

it was in the news the other day. They are far behind schedual and over budget. ther are many companies, developers and government agencies involved.

if completed as now planned it will have more office space and one buiding of equal stature to the old. but shanghi has build buildings many times over the volume in less of the past few years.

They are going to rebuild at the World Trade Center site. The Freedom Tower is the main project that will be built.
