New york city?????

ok so for my sweet 16 im driving up to nyc with a few of my closest friends and staying overnight...but im not too familiar with the city so i was wondering if you all knew of some really cool places i could take my friends. fifth avenue shopping can only keep us entertained for so long, but we're not really into museums. any ideas?

Definitely find a hotel (to stay at) that has parking and drive DIRECTLY TO the hotel & park your car!  You will NOT want to use your car to get around the city ... walk or take a taxi!  And, FYI, most hotels will only allow a Maximum of 3 people, per room.  You can't miss Times Square!!!  The MTV Store, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Toys R Us, etc., etc.  Madame Toussou's Wax Museum is great too!  Then take a taxi up to 5th Avenue, and after visiting the stores, take a Handsome Cab Ride (Horse & Buggy) through Central Park ~ it's GREAT!  Have fun!  Happy Sweet 16!

serendipity is awsome , celebrities go there sometimes. lasttime i went there i saw cher, i swear !
