New york postage question..?

i just mailed something to NYC. the postal code used to be 10021, but i totally forgot that recently it was changed to 10065. will the piece of mail arrive at its location, or will it be sent back?

It may take a little longer for it to arrive, but should it go to the post office with the incorrect zip code, they will read the address and forward it to the correct one.
