New york state permit test?

how many questions are on the nys permit test(driving) , i saw one question like this and it said 25 and one says 20 and 15...how many are really on the test? im going to take it tomorrow and i passed most of the chapters, so are the questions easy? and how many questions are on the test? thanks!

The test is 20 questions, but there will be questions that ask you to identify road signs. I believe there were 4 on mine, and to pass, you must get 14 correct out of 20 total, and at least 2 of the 4 sign questions right.

The questions on my test were EXACTLY the same as the practice quizzes on the NYS DMV site. However, the order of the answers were changed. An answer that was "B" on the practice quiz might have been a "D" on the actual test, but that was it. As you may have found, the questions are easy if you study the manual and use common sense. This in mind, BE SURE TO CHECK ALL THE ANSWERS BEFORE YOU HAND IT IN! I nearly got a question wrong because I had memorized the answer was an "A", selected the first answer choice [which was wrong] and moved on. I think I got a stop sign and a school crossing sign, among others, nothing complex. Don't over think the question if you don't know the answer. Remember right-of-way,etc.

Be sure to bring your forms of ID with you-- a valid passport and SS card suffice, credit card to pay, a parent to sign, it's all on the website.
