New yu-gi-oh 5s deck?

All right I went to China town and saw some cheap yugioh cards that hasn't been totally marketed in American stores. The problem is that say words like tomb for the graveyard, cards group, fighting flow, reverse summons, opposite, miss opposite, opposites fighting, miss pointer, opposite psychic, flow, amalgamation, hand cards, and care, please help me translate these words.

Cards group: Probably the type... such as fiend, dragon, etc.

Reverse summons: I think that's a flip summon.

Hand cards: The--well--cards in your hand.

If there are so many crazy words in these cards, perhaps you should make sure that they're genuine cards...
