  1. In the Rugby World Cup 2003 their captain was Reuben Thorne, number 6. I'm not sure who their current captain is but I think that Carlos Spencer deserves to be captain.

  2. Richie McCaw

    is the new captain

  3. Richie McCaw

Richard Hugh "Richie" McCaw (born December 31, 1980 in Oamaru) is one of New Zealand's top rugby players.

After being selected for the All Blacks for their end of year tour to Europe in late 2001 (before even playing a full season of the Super 12), he has cemented himself a spot in the All Blacks number 7 jersey. As a youngster McCaw was brought up in North Otago, and started his rugby career as a seven year old. He was selected for the Otago Boys 1st XV and obviously made an impression as he was selected for both Under 19 and Under 21 National sides.

  4. i don;t live there

  5. Richie McCaw was confirmed on Saturday 13 May.

  6. It was Tana Umaga, last year but he retired.  I don't who it is this year, they haven't as yet decided.  It could be Ritchie Mc Caw, he's doing wonders for Canterbury.

  7. Before the last world cup it was Taine Randell, then it was Reuban Thorne, then it was Tana Umaga now it is Richie Mccaw

  8. Steve Price is the captain
