New zealanders. Help with a finding a person.?

All I have is this phone number. 03 386 1797 Does anyone know how to find the person it belongs too? I have tried ringing it but no one answers. I think its a christchurch number. Any ideas extremely helpful.

if you dont live in nz, you need to dial 0064 3 386 1797 to get through.

Do you live in NZ? because if you don't, theres a code at the start of a telephone number +64 or something like that, but the only option I can give you is whitepages.co.nz
