Newbie at volleyball.?

Question

im thinking about trying out for the volleyball team next year. does anyone know any good free places on the web that i could learn some techniques (i already know HOW to play, im just not good...). thanks!!

Instead of looking on the websites, how about trying a volleyball camp. Yes unfortunately some can be pretty pricey but all the ones I've been to have really made an improvement in me. Plus its a great learning experience and you meet a lot of new friends! You should check it out

well one thing that is going to help is practice, that all you can pretty much do.

All you really have to do is pratice and get better and maybe there are videos on utube , and maybe do alot of v-ball camps this summer!!!!! try as herd as you can and i know you can do it!!!!!!!  : )

It is just something that comes over time. I'm on a club year round traveling team and have been playing for 4 years. It just comes to you.

search youtube for "How to Play Volleyball" some of the videos can help. they give great advise for what to wear, how to pass/set/spike correctly.

You can read all you like about volleyball.  If you don't practice you will not get better.  I suggest asking your parents to send you to summer camp.
