Newborn Screening -- I need someone who is knowledgable with Michigan law.?

I am in a debate class and I need some light shed on my topic. I have been researching like crazy and I can't find anything I need. What are the laws for newborn meconium screenings and other drug screenings in the state of Michigan after birth? Does the court see it as a violation of rights? Are pregnant women in Michigan subject to nonconsentual drug screenings? Does every baby get tested for illegal substances at/after birth?
