Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has heaped praise on the Magpies goalkeeper Tim Krul’s extraordinary form in the ongoing 2011/12 Barclays Premier League season.
The 23-year-old has been a revelation at the Tyneside club since the start of the current campaign and has become a vital member of Alan Pardew’s team.

It was arguably Krul’s best individual performance of the season so far, despite his inability to get any points. Pardew has hailed his keeper’s performance and added, “I think Tim probably feels absolutely brilliant, the way he’s played.”

to concede three goals against Andre Villas-Boas’ men.
However, the Magpies manager is confident that Krul has the character to overcome the recent disappointment, hoping that the Dutch keeper will be back to his best in the next fixture.
“But to have three goals conceded against his name, blimey, that must hurt, too. So part of him will be hurting and part of him should be very proud. He was our best player,” Pardew added.
Krul has established himself as the first choice goalkeeper at Newcastle United, ahead of the experienced Steve Harper. Pardew has revealed that his decision of choosing Krul over Harper has paid off.
“He’s had to back up the judgement we made on him at the start of the season, but he’s done it. He’s been brilliant.” He added.
Tim Krul has played every single match of the Barclays Premier League this season. Moreover, the Dutch keeper has also featured in two Carling Cup fixtures this campaign.
