“I heard about United's interest in me, but things are only just beginning. I have a bit of experience of clubs following me, so I would rather not get carried away by thinking too much about such things.”
The French international has reiterated his desire to stay with the Magpies and has asserted that he is fully committed to stay at Newcastle United.
“I simply want to concentrate on my objectives with Newcastle – and playing for Newcastle," the French international concluded.
Yohan Cabaye has already scored two goals and provided three assists in 13 matches in all competitions this season.
