Yes, let it go I say.

I'm not a fan of his.  However; objectively, how can you stop him from playing?

He's done his time.  Hopefully he will learn his lesson, and that will be the end of it.

However, if he get's into serious trouble again; that may be a different matter.  Still; if he does behave himself, someone else will eventually do something silly, and become a target.

For such is life.

If not jailed Joey might have learned a lesson or 2 about temper control and lashing out at others.

Keegan knows all about passion - but if Barton is lucky enough to escape - perhaps he'll make best use of another chance.

If not - he deserves to be more than boo'd - more booted out of football altogether.

they should take there minds back to what cantona did to a fan at c palace thats a lot more than barton has done and at he end of the day he is human and people make mistakes its only more known of in the press and by fans coz he is a pro footballer lay off him and give him a chance

He was provoked in Liverpool city centre and because he come out on top nobody liked it.
