  1. After reading an article on the net just now it would appear that the whole thing was a typical NOTW setup where money was paid for a salacious story involving sexual activity with a"n**i connection" virtually implying that the man  had n**i sympathies  being filmed between consenting adults. This is why I don,t buy the News of the World. I wonder what the editorial staff  get up to in their s*x lives ?. Maybe it should be filmed so  the great unwashed can make a judgement on their private lives as well.

  2. His sexlife was not the issue....it was the connection with Nazism that was in question...

  3. It wasn't him that went to the papers and asked them to print the story was it?  Of course it was invasion of privacy and good on him for taking them to court.

  4. he included enough people the dirty old goat

he should be too embarassed to go to court after what he did

    shameless

  5. Nothing to do with s*x, it's his passion for Nazism that grinds.^0, millions a bit steep though, he doesn't need it, is he giving it to charity.

  6. No, they did, and what he made public was only to defend his reputation. Thank God, I am pleasantly surprised that justice work in Britain regarding such cases.

  7. i think his privacy was invaded and he had every right to sue....

what a man does in private should remain so unless its a criminal activity....

and n**i style S&M parties with expensive hookers are frankly none of the publics business

  8. Of course he has. He was taking a risk being a high profile person with the antics he was up to.

Did he get them to sign a secrecy clause. Of course he didnt so what is he complaining about.

I am sure he wasnt those girls only high profile client.

  9. His privicy was invaded by sensation seeking "journalists".Perhaps they thought that his Fachist

father was a n**i sympathiser.Just goes to show how ill educated some of these "journalists" are.Why they think that they have the right to pry into a person's private life,I cannot imagine.

  10. No.What was going on was consensual,so it's nobody's business but Max & Co.
