  1. I saw it when it started, and gave it a thought, but did not get any further than that.

  2. They don't have a touch on YA, do they?

  3. Thank you for the link. Did not know they have such a section as well. I think the only 'good' about that is the variety of topics. when we get our own flag on Y/A, we will have the same and think our current tread is better.

  4. It looks interesting. Lets all move there?

Edit: Lindsay That's hilarious! Bettle? Hahaha! Are they that bad?

  5. Great minds think alike....lol

Thanks for showing us this, I never knew they had that section. I am happy on here though, even with all the trolls and hotted debates I couldn't leave YH SA - love everyone far to much!! hehe

  6. It looks like a bad copy of YA - not going to hop skip and jump to join - besides it's the people in this section that make it what it is...

I have also grown accustomed to the white and green...

  7. I agree with Lark , i also used it for a cople of days when it was launched a while ago , its not as interesting and diverse as here , i guess im just biased as i have been on YA for a while and prefer the opinions on the guys here. One onf the good things here is that after you have been here for a while and the guys get to "know" you and answer accordingly , for example if s****. asks for suggestions to do something on the weekend , i know he has a small daughter and instead of saying go clubbing , i would say go to the zoo...

Thants one of the reasons i stay here as i have become fond of the people here...

  8. Yes,  I was a member for a week, about 3 months ago, and decided that it is the silliest thing I have ever seen. Did you notice that those people, most of the time, can't even give a decent answer and when someone asks a question that has been asked before the answer they get is "This question has been asked before" ?

They don't answer your questions with intelligent answers. Those people are only there for the points. Apparently they now have a cash prize to lure people there. I tried to find out more, but can't find anything.

On weekends and after hours that site is as dead as a doornail, because 90% of their contributors use the office internet.

There is no way Answerit can compare to Y/A, although they copied everything almost to a T. The people there will fall on their back when they see what a Q&A site should look like and how to give someone a decent answer.

The best way for me to describe it so everyone gets the picture is: Y/A= Ferrari. Answerit= Beetle.

Yes, T.I. they really are that bad. LOL. Might have improved a bit over the last 3 months, but I doubt it.

Take them for a test run. This is just my opinion. I would like to know what other people on here think of them after having used Y/A. For me it's just two different worlds.

  9. Thanks but I barely have time for Yahoo as it is, will not be able to join two forums.
