Nexon won't give me my passport password!?

I asked for it 7 times and havent gotten it in a single email, so i asked for my id and got it in 5 seconds, whats going on?

have you checked you e-mail junk box? that's what happened to me. i didn't check my junk box and it turned out it was in there. there could also be a problem with their e-mail system right now. try again tommorow.
