Next Base SDV 685 AC

Question

I recently bought a Dual Player Next Base DVD Player from Next Base. I am having the following problem:There is no power in one of the units , while powering from the car charger unit or the mains.The DVD player keeps switiching off after 2-3 minutes..This is a sealed pack which I bought in Dubai and am using it in India. Is there a NEXT BASE service centre in India.
