  1. Quebec City has a Winter Festival. I'm not sure, but it may be in January. The old town area is nice. If you can afford it, stay at the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac.


  2. Vist quebec city, focus on the old part. After go Skiing at one of the many fantasitic ski resorts. If you don't like skiing, go dogsleading.
