Next big thing.....so we had the internet in the 90's.....?

real estate until about 2 years ago, and now with commodities prices going through the roof....

what do you think it's the next big "industry" for investment purposes???

The way things are going at this point in time I would have to say 'green'. Environmentaly friendly vehicles, energy, any kind of cleaning product, organic foods. I'm thinking maybe to put some money into a solar panel company.

1. Alternative energy (ex-solar) (hydrocarbons, natural gas - nat gas),  all increasing but expect to continue.

2. Recycling (renewable energy), bio-fuels (ex-corn).

This is all speculation. Could be anything. Could be tulips again.

Perhaps inflation will be the next bubble.  Prices for everything will go up, including gold and silver.  And if you want to protect the purchasing value of your money.  Then gold is a good place to park your money in.

When commodities become a bubble.  Then it's only a matter of time before everything else that depends on those commodities becomes a bubble too.
