Next day passport service?

Okay, here's the deal. I work in Europe every year for eight months. Always a new place every year. This year I'm going to Spain. I was given the assignment last night and told that I would be leaving on 09/01. The problem? I applied to have my name changed about three months ago. I finally got the court hearing today and the official name change happens on 08/20. As I would like to start going by my new name before I move to Spain, I want to get the name changed on my passport before I leave.

Has anyone ever used one of those 24/48 hour passport services? Any recommendations on how I could get this done in time? THANKS!!!!

I always use my county court house, or fly to the Federal Court houseNew Orleans, La and they do it; for an extra fifty dollars. I must have sixteen stamps ok ing my entry
