Next season the Yankees lineup will be the best in history?

the Yankees will sign Manny Ramirez,trade Abreu for Vlad Guerrero,and get Ichiro for Damon. Vlad and Ichiro want to be traded to the Yankees so they will come. The Cardnails will let Pujols go when he becomes a free agent and the Yankees will trade Richie Sexson,Jason Giambi, and Melky Cabrera for him.Cano will get traded to Philly for chase Utley because the Phils want to get younger. The Yanks will also get K-Rod and Sabathia as free agents and somehow make trades to get Johan Santana and Brandon Webb.And Barry Bonds will sign with the Yankees again making them the best team in history

Pudge is a free agent, Abreu is a free agent, Damon is a free agent.  Vlad is not going anywhere, Webb is not going anywhere, Pujols is not going anywhere, Utley is not going anywhere, Bonds will be 45 and a year removed from competition.  Good luck though, you may  get your wish!

Yeah, and Girardi is replaced by Sparky Anderson, their bench consists of Ryan Howard, David Wright, Kevin Youkilis, Ryan Braun, and Ian Kinsler. Don't forget Lidge, Joe Nathan, Billy Wagner, and Papelbon as their bullpen to boost K-Rod and Rivera.

I'm sorry, but your trade suggestions are simply ridiculous. Not only will Pujols and Utley not be traded, but the offers you suggest are so below value as to be senseless. Cano is just 2 years younger than Utley, first of all, and it would take a lot more than him to get Utley. And the players you suggest sending to the Cards would result in nothing more than laughter from Cardinal management. And Abreu for Vlad? Damon for Ichiro? Are you serious? And then "somehow" trading for Santana and Webb? As if the Mets would ever trade him to the Yanks, for anything. And then you have the Yankees signing the top free agents. And Bonds coming back, and being productive? I'm sorry, but if you were actually serious, you've got to be about 10 years old.

If you were dumb enough to snort enough coke to come up with this crazy scenario, I have a few questions.

Why, given that you are wanting the best at every position would you have Pudge Rodriguez as your C, Jeter as your SS and Bonds in the field at all.  Why would you have Chamberlain and Mussina in the fantasy world and why would you need Rodriguez and Rivera, is Rivera setting up for K-Rod?

Effectively, this shows that contrary to the Yankee belief system, the only player that is actually at the head of the class for any position is actually Rodriguez (Alex, NOT Ivan)

And even if your dreams were going to come true and these players had the opportunity to go to the Yankees (where the fans boo you if you don't do well), who amongst these superstars are you going to insult by batting 9th?

Clearly on your list, Jeter and Pudge are the two worst hitters (both Yankees of course)

Are you hitting Guerrero 7th, or Rodriguez, or Manny?

Not going to happen. If the Yanks wanted Bonds he would already be there. Vlad will probably sign with the Angels again. Ramirez and Fransisco Rodriguez are very possible. Santana, and Webb will not be with the Yankees. Webb just signed a new contract with Arizona earlier this year. CC might be in a Yankee uniform but I personally think he will sign back with Cleveland.

Wrong Barry Bonds he has not played in a year and he will be 45 next year hes done. posada will catch, pujols will not be a yankee, yankees have already put there stock in cano. Dodgers will prob pick up mannys option Vlad will not leave LA ichiro is possable. the yankees will sign CC Sabathia and mabe K rod.

the yanks are not interested in vlad he is getting too old for them

no one wants bonds at all too much baggage

pujols will stay in st louis even if they have trade the team to keep him

the only real possibility is manny but I don't think that will happen either because again the yanks are not going to put up with manny being manny more like manny being put on waivers

CC might end up with the yanks depends on how well the brewers do he as already stated he loves it there

dude...keep dreaming! Vladi is an angel for the rest of his career, the angels know better than to let him go. Plus...your yankees arent the only ones w/money in the league...please! Manny Ramirez a Yankee? i doubt that also, he will sign w/the Dodgers for sure another 3 yrs after this season. Plus...i thought you already had the best team/lineup in history for the last 6 or 7 yrs...yet they havent managed to do anything with that except cash in there checks...maybe the yankees should stop searching to get superstars and get some down to earth ready to play guys that dont care how there hair would look or if those pants make them look fat on camera! lol.

I'm sorry, it's a great team, but man they'd be dead broke! Johan and Manny cost 20 mil each! So no that team isn't likely to happen, but it's a great team.
