  1. Rats and cockroaches and earthworms.

  2. Insects of course top everything.  You could take the weight of all the known mamals, birds, reptiles and fresh water fish, and come up with only a FRACTION of the weight of the insect world.

Rodents far outnumber humans.  Something for you to think about...everywhere humans live, there are at LEAST two rats for them.

So if you live in a town of 10,000 people, there are 10,000-20,000 rats living in that town with you.  If you live in a city of a million people....!!!!

Certain species of birds outnumber humans.  Also of course many species of ocean going fish.

  3. Humans are not even close to having the largest number.  the total WEIGHT of ants exceeds the total weight of humans, and so there are many thousand times more ants than humans.  Same with all sorts of other insects and animals.

  4. roaches...they are everywhere.....I know they aren't animals but they never die they just multiply

  5. I have to say 'krill' overall and i think on land and by biomass the honour goes to nematodes, but youd have to check that, it may be nematodes have the most species, not necessarily the most numbers within a species, but thats what seems to be ringing a bell

I agree there are a massive diversity of species within the insect groups (i believe Coleoptera are at the top in that respect) but im not sure that applies to biomass or abundance WITHIN species groups necessarily

It is NOT ants, termites or fish, or roaches

Note the answer by AC is misleading these are the most speciose groups NOT the most abundant species!!!

  6.        On my opinion the fishs which lives in the seas and in the oceans

It is more populated animals    ???????????

                        Thankyou

  7. Termites-greater than any other

  8. Humans aren't the most populated, so it would very well be some type of insect. I'm not sure which, but I know there are around 100 quintillion insects in the world (which is so many 100,000,0000,0000,000)

  9. Humans aren't really a species of animal they're really more like a sub species, but, out of all the animals we have discovered, the most species of animals in the world table goes like this:

    Insects:950,000

    Arachnids: 75,500

    Molluscs: 70,000

    Crustaceans: 40,000

    Fish: 29,300

    Nematodes ( unsegmented worms): 20,000

    Flatworms: 17,500

    Segmented worms: 12,000

    Sponges: 10,000

    Birds: 9,934

    Jellyfish, coral, etc: 9,000

    Reptiles: 8,240

    Starfish: 6,000

    Amphibians: 5,918

    Mammals: 5,416
