Ive been running frequently and the most ive ran is 6 miles, which i did in 61 minutes. I wasnt out of breath. I felt fine. Im a 15 yr old female, and im in shape. Do you think that id be fine during the race if ive only run 6 miles in training? What do you think i should be running this week, the week before the race? Also what should i eat the morning of the race?Thanks
