Next year I will be going to high school grade 8 to be more specific what r some ways to act cool or ... somet?

Firstly, grade 8 is still middle school, grade 9-12 is high school.  Another thing is how about sticking with the education for this year so you can make it to see high school ;)

People that act cool aren't cool because they're acting. which means they're fake. just be yourself.

Just be yourself. Schoolwork is the most important thing. Depending on what state or country you're in, 8th grade is the last year of middle school. I think that people will like you the way you are - don't be someone you're not. Be nice, and don't do thing you'll regret. That's the coolest anyone can be :)

Being cool is relative. Everyone tells you to 'be yourself' or whatever, but in the end, I mean, being yourself will make you a better person, ultimately. People gravitate towards strong personalities and people who are who they are in the face of anything. If you're not popular, you'll still be respected. And those popular people are the people who are confident. If the 'cool kids' are wearing sunglasses inside, and you go around wearing sunglasses inside, you look like a loser instead of 'cool'.

I say, never follow the crowd, and never give in. Be who you're comfortable being, and high school will be a breeze.

Don't try to act "cool".. most people will just see you as a cocky, arrogant a*****e. Just be yourself. :)
