It seems that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Scotland-c756 on Sunday during the international
friendly between the two sides. That match took place at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, and if things go the striker’s way, he might soon be gracing English stadiums on a regular basis.
The Brazilian wonder kid has revealed his ambition of signing with Premier League champions Chelsea, claiming that he would be ‘very happy’ to join the Blues should the chance arise.
Speaking on the possibility of a transfer to Chelsea, Neymar said, “Chelsea's a great club. It's a dream of every player to play at Chelsea. If one day it happens, I will be very happy to come. When the moment comes (when Chelsea offer a deal) we are going
to sit with my family. We are going to think about it and discuss the options.”
Neymar’s comments are in stark contrast to his stance in 2010, when he turned down a bid from the Blues. The striker had chosen to remain with Santos for some time longer. But now it seems that Neymar is ready to consider a move to Stamford Bridge.
The Brazilian added, “Last year, when Chelsea came, we sat together and we thought it wasn't the time yet. If it happens this year, we are going to sit again and going to discuss about it.”
However, Chelsea are not the only Premier League side to have shown an interest in the youngster. Manchester City and Manchester United are also battling it out for Neymar’s signature. The three clubs are arguably the only English sides who can afford the
striker, whose buyout clause from Santos currently stands at around 40 million pounds.
Will Neymar be moving to Stamford Bridge next season? We will find out in the coming weeks.
