i am wondering what you think larry johnson's stats would be like this up coming season

Coming off a broken foot and defenses stacking the box ( which they can because noodle arm Croyle only has one  target in Bowe which secondaries can cover because KC has no other threat one the opposite side) he's going to have a tough season. KC is planning on limiting his carries with no passing game.

Once Edwards figures out his air attack isn't working and he has no real serviceable carrier other than Johnson it might be a tough year for him. Plus he has a dismal offensive line.

KC said they are going to try and cut back on the number of carries he has this year. He will break 1,000 yards with ease but depending on how much they cut back and when could hurt his TD's

If Branden Albert can do good i bet that LJ will be great, Remember When he had 20+ TD's he was great then

I think he could be a 1,000 yard rusher.  I think the Chiefs have got to start limiting his carries somehow..I know they want to give the ball to their best player but the guy consistently has a ton of carries and the beating he takes is going to catch up with him.  So, I say he'll go over a 1,000 yards...I think it'll be about 1,200

Larry Johnson's stats will probably get a bit better...but not much, I can't really get too in depth but I can tell you what I think the definite reason is, they have no passing game, the defense can stack up 9 in the box and not have to worry, Tony Gonzalez is probably their best, and only weapon in the passing game, and he's getting old, therefore degrading in talent level, more injury prone, and he will probably have less stamina.

They also got no QB and little to no rush Defense, so their other opponent can keep the ball for a while, and control the clock.

Bottom line- If the chiefs can make a trade or somehow improve their passing game then Larry Johnson will improve his stats a lot.
